Integrative Optimal Health Of Puerto Rico / Dr. Raúl H. Morales Borges MD

Raul H. Morales-Borges completed his bachelor’s degree in general sciences with a major in premedical sciences and minor in biology & sociology at the University of Puerto Rico in 1985 and his Medical Doctor degree in San Juan Bautista School of Medicine in 1990. He moved then to Michigan, USA where he performed his residence in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in 1993 and Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Providence Hospital & University of Michigan Medical Center in 1995. He got certifications in cGMP, Clinical Research, Theology, and Biblical Hebrew. He obtained a Diploma in Business Management from International Business Management Institute in July 2018. He was the Medical Director of the American Red Cross in San Juan, P.R. from 2010 to 2016. He served as Director of Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, Director of the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Program, and Immunohematology Reference Laboratory at the ARC in PR. He is the Chief Medical Officer of Ashford Institute of Hematology & Oncology since 1995, faculty member of Medicine Department of the Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital. He is the President/Principal Investigator of New Alliance Integrative Research, LLC and the President & Medical Director of Integrative Optimal Health of Puerto Rico, PSC and MB & R’s Enterprise, PSC. He joined BRCR Global on Summer 2020 as Principal Investigator and Medical Liaison of the Puerto Rico’s Unit. He serves as clinical instructor for students of the Naturopathic Medicine Doctor Program of “SISTEMA UNIVERSITARIO ANA G. MENDEZ” since 2015. He has publications as well as participates as reviewer in peer-reviewed medical journals. He works as collaborator as well as principal investigator in clinical trials. He has experience as lecturer and educator with schools of medicine, pharmaceutical companies, and other institutions. He is finishing a master’s degree in ministries in Christian Neuro Theology at Universidad de Neuro Teología Cristiana de Puerto Rico, Inc in Sept.2022 and he will start a Ph.D. in Christian Neuro Theology at the same institution until Sept. 2023. He completed a certification in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care by Wound Care Education Partners & The Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society as well as Brain Health by at https://www.ed2go.com/ucf/
